What we do with your information
What we collect
Your first name, your email address, your company name if you give it, your answers to the 24 questions, anything you write in the “none of these fit me” box, and the scores those answers produce. We also record when you started and finished, so we can tell how long the assessment takes.
This is not anonymous
Your answers are stored against your email address. That is what makes it possible to save your baseline and compare it when you retake the assessment later. If you would rather it were not, do not submit your email.
What we do with it
We use it to give you your results, to keep your baseline for future retakes, and to improve the assessment itself. We may email you about this tool. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone outside Black Sparrow Contracting Inc.
What we do not ask
We do not ask your revenue, your headcount, or whether you are ready to buy something. This assessment exists so you learn something about your company, not so we can qualify you.
Deleting your data
Email murillo@blacksparrow.ca and we will delete your assessment and your email address. Your results are also stored in this browser; clearing your browser data removes that copy.
